CRAFT FAIRS!

There's nothing quite like getting your hands dirty (so-to-speak) at a real, live craft fair! You gather up your pals and drive to the site (hopefully in good weather) where white tents cluster, housing exhibits of traveling artists. You walk, sometimes for miles, along the streets, through the pastures, in parking lots, under the canopies, meeting the very craftspeople who create those incredible "somethings" you buy to charm your honey or impress your boss, or just to enjoy for yourself as you go about your daily life. You get to eat foods you don't normally consume, and listen to music you don't normally hear. It's fun!!!

So I want to encourage your enjoyment of these events, and will continue to include them in my marketing plan, so long as I am physically able.

However, my show plans are constantly changing. If you'd like to see my work in person, send me a note (snail mail or e-mail cynthia@woodbyc.com) with the name (date and place) of a favorite show in YOUR neck of the woods. Maybe it's already on my show circuit, or maybe it will become a great new addition! You will always get the best deals, and the best immediate selection, when you shop from me in person!!

This year (2010) is starting slowly. I did the Fuzz Fest (Exeter, NH) and the first of a new series of Farmer's Market/Artisan shows that will be growing meteorically in Dover, NH. The second sighting will be held on March 27th, at the Picker Building behind One Washington Center in downtown Dover, from 10-5. See you there??
